for simple to semi-custom designs,
and increase in cost depending on the hours needed to produce.

These drawings would be yours to use for fine tuning
what you want to see as a finished product, as well as
having a gallery we set up for you to share with family
and friends, to get opinions and feedback.

These drawings also allow us to provide you with a 100% accurate
pricing based on all details that may not come up until project is being built.
They give you the ability to get bids on your project, comparing like
specifications and workmanship.

given to you by a qualified builder, licensed in New Jersey,
and providing the same specifications, workmanship and warranties.

Once you have a signed agreement with DecksNJ.com,
fees for designs and drawings are credited into your project price.
If for some reason you choose to use another builder, the drawings are
yours to keep and use as reference material.

DecksNJ.com can also convert your 3D drawings into
usable mechanical drawings that can be used to obtain building
permits from your town's construction department.

These mechanical drawings can also be signed and sealed by our
New Jersey licensed engineers, to make your project approval
as painless as possible when dealing with complicated designs
and overhead structures like pergolas and gazebos.
